Remember that song, “One thing leads to another?”
When you create mega amounts of city, location or area pages with the sole intent to show up in the search results…. it breaks one Google guideline and then another one.
Erroneous location pages goes against the guidelines for:
- Doorway Pages
- Duplicate Content
- Irrelevant Keywords
It 2021 man…. not 2015. Google a lot smarter.
More than likely your website won’t get a manual action penalty for the above, but Google will filter them out of the results by not crawling them.
